How does it work?

Step 1: Book your Initial Assessment.

This appointment happens in the medical massage office and is 2 hours long. It focuses on health history and orthopedic evaluation of joints. During that appointment we determine what your major concerns are and plan how to fix them. You can learn more by reading this “what to expect” blog post. Once you are able to reduce your symptoms so that you can perform “activities of daily living” without pain, then you can start a fitness test.

Step 2: Book your Fitness Test.

This appointment happens in the gym and is 90 minutes long. It focuses on cardio, joint stability, core muscles and major muscle group imbalances. During this appointment we determine what your fitness needs and muscle weaknesses are, and we make a plan to correct them. Once you are able to pass our minimum required fitness standards you can then proceed to weightlifting and advanced fitness programs.

Step 3: Long-term Wellness Care.

This is ongoing and long-term planning for maintaining health goals. This includes accountability, coaching and upkeep of fitness plans, nutrition goals or injury care. This step is customized and looks different for each person once they reach this step. We want to make sure that the health changes we have worked so hard to make are protected and continued for your longevity.
