Resources

While in office, I frequently educate my clientele about resources which can help them to improve their health. Often I am sending links in emails and texts to people with all my favorite things for them to get. Now, I have finally compiled all these resources into one page. Imagine this as your preferred health wish list. Some of these are specific to certain health issues, but many are generally good for anyone to have. Peruse, purchase and perfect your health using this list.

Some people ask me if I have personally experimented with each of these resources. No, I have not. I have worked with, or own many of the items here. But not all of them apply to my personal health.  If I have not interacted with a particular resource, then I rely on their evidence effectiveness, such as the clients who have already tried certain items and consistently told me of there benefit, or studies done.

This list includes practitioners, supplements, books and tools which I share with enough frequency to merit long standing approval. Practitioners are mostly from my local area, so if you are searching online, you may not find someone helpful near to you, but it can still be helpful to peruse because you may find a method or type of therapy which may be helpful to you and you can then search someone in your area who practices that method.

I also have affiliate links attached to items, so if you use those button links, then you will be supporting my work, which I appreciate. Thank you.
